Web Mess


This is another go at attempting to put both a rendered image with the three dimensional aspect. Not completely sure how I feel about it yet, but its going. 

Materials: Great stuff, nylon, hot glue, tracing paper, oil paint

Sketch Work: Building The Skinny


These are just some working ideas. I was thinking what it would be like to actually build these figures out of the painting rather than have them just sit in the painting, thus they would exist in both a 2D and 3D world. However, I think they look too much like monuments right now and I don't like      that. I want them to be strong images, but I don't want them to lose the original inspiration. We'll see how it goes I guess...
